between Happy Mouth LLC
and
“the facilitator”

The Facilitator is licensed to facilitate the Happy Mouth™ Generative Energetic Dentistry 3-
day class, Basics class, and Intro class only.
No telecall, zoom or live classes can be given based on Happy Mouth material, OR using the
Happy Mouth name. (other than the Basics and Intro Class, and permission to livestream
these may change at any time)
Happy Mouth LLC retains ownership of all manuals, course materials and the name “Happy
Mouth™ Generative Energetic Dentistry”
In all promotions and descriptions, you must use the full title in English, of “Happy Mouth™
Generative Energetic Dentistry” and you may use a translated version below that, if you
would like.
Course manuals and materials may not be altered by the facilitator.

License Fee: A once-off payment
3 x times the class cost in your country paid to Happy Mouth LLC
A payment plan of monthly payments can be arranged. $1,000 deposit and $500 each
month until paid off.
Failure to maintain the payment schedule may mean the cancellation of this contract.

A yearly renewal fee of $500. Your 12-month licence starts from when you pay your first
licence payment (not at time of facilitator training)

Royalties
20% of gross paid to Happy Mouth LLC within 5 days of the class.
All class lists and royalties to be completed by 5 days after your class. Failure to report and
pay will mean your licence will be revoked.

All your 3 day classes must be listed on the Happy Mouth website, and this is where
participants will register and sign the disclaimer. There will be no fee to list your classes.
Participants of your classes will pay you directly.

No registrations for 3 day classes can be taken outside of the Happy Mouth website. ALL
participants and classes must go through the Happy Mouth website. There are no
exceptions.
Even if people register on the day of class, you must enter them onto the website class
register before the class begins. Failure to do so will result in a warning issued by Happy
Mouth, and licence cancellation if it occurs again.
If any participant comes forward and says they took a HM 3-day class and we do not have
them in our registration system, the facilitator ‘s license will be revoked.

Classes cannot be livestreamed or recorded. (With the exception of the 3.5 hour Basics
class and 1.5 hour Intro class, which maybe livestreamed, but no recordings are to be made
or given to students.)

Class fees set by Happy Mouth LLC must be charged for the class, including the repeat
prices.
All repeat price, country price and Basics class discounts will be automatically applied when
the person registers on the Happy Mouth website, so the price you are notified of when
they register will be the amount due to you, and your royalty will be calculated on that
amount. If there is any confusion with this, please contact us for an individual’s price after
they have registered.
If you are unsure, please check with Shauna Teaken, the world-wide coordinator of Happy
Mouth
We do not allow discounts (other than early payment discount of maximum $100). We do
not allow classes to be gifted or given away. This applies to Basics classes also.

The Happy Mouth policy on hosts and promoters for classes is that one class may be gifted
for each 4 paying people attending the class. No royalties are to be paid on free classes, but
the $15 fee for recorded classes applies.

You must hold at least one Happy Mouth 3 day class a year to maintain your licence, with
at least 1 paid participant.

“Happy Mouth™ 3 Day Class “ refers to the full class of Happy Mouth as set out in the
facilitator’s manual. You may run this over 4 days or evenings (live, hands-on, not
livestreamed) as long as everything in the manual is covered, all head points and session
open and closing are demonstrated and practiced by each person in the class, both gift and
receive.
Please note: All Happy Mouth sessions are delivered with the client lying down, not sitting
up.
No additional modalities can be introduced or practiced in a Happy Mouth class, (such as
Essential oils, chakra balancing, Access Bars, sound therapy etc). We do not recommend
mixing Happy Mouth with any other modalities at any time.

Happy Mouth Policy on Children’s Pricing
A child must be accompanied by one of their parents, who pays full price. There's no repeat
price for the Basics class.
The child does not receive a manual or certificate (unless they pay full price)
1-11 years – no charge
12-17 years – 50% charge
18 years+ 100% charge

Credit for Basics Class
If someone has taken the Basics class with any facilitator, you must give them $270 USD
credit off their 3 day class with you, if it is their first 3 day class. The $270 discount is a once
only offer, and it cannot be used if someone is repeating a class.

Each participant of the 3 day class receives 6 month’s access to view Dr Tom’s recorded
class online. As there is a cost associated with this for Happy Mouth, the 3 day facilitators
will pay $15 for each participant’s access. (The current system we use has a $29 fee so this
is a great saving).

If a 3 day facilitator does not register a participant on the Happy Mouth website, the
participant will not receive access to the class recording with Dr Tom Kolso.

There will be regular Facilitator meetings to attend, if you can’t make a meeting, then
Shauna will schedule a catch up with you.

Use of the Happy Mouth logo.
We will licence you to use the HM logo, but you may not imply that you are an employee or
creator of Happy Mouth. (There will be a separate agreement for this)

Here's how we suggest you promote yourself as a Happy Mouth Facilitator
* In your ads, or posts on your website, and in all social media, please use the full, correct
name for Happy Mouth - which is -
"Happy Mouth™
Generative Energetic Dentistry”
The first time you use "Happy Mouth™ it must have the "TM" symbol meaning "trade
marked" and then after that in the same promotion you don't need to add it again.
IT IS NOT “R”, it is “TM”
* Please put the website www.yourhappymouth.com on all advertising
* Your website, URL, Facebook, WhatsApp group, Instagram page etc cannot use the words
“Happy Mouth” as part of the title. Ask permission first if you are not sure.
* You must be careful not to promise anything - people's results depend on their belief
systems and willingness to receive.
* Unless people are having 21 days of hands-on sessions, they are wasting their time and
money. We will cancel the licence of any one we find teaching or offering less than 21
days in a row, or distance sessions or a combination of both.
* You cannot activate your own systems, somebody else has to do it by placing their hands
on your head. Distance sessions are not ok.
* Any advertising material - flyers, ads etc must be approved by Happy Mouth first.
* If you wish to use photos of Dr Tom or Shauna or a class, please ask us first.
* People value what they pay for. Please do not cheapen the system or invalidate yourself
by not charging or by charging a small amount for sessions.
* Happy Mouth reserves the right to change these terms of your licence at any time. You
will be notified by email about any changes.
