I’m a self-confessed hedonist – a seeker of what makes life and living fun and joyful. I’ve been working/playing in the fields of health, body work and personal growth since the late 1970’s. Over the years I’ve developed a unique form of energy exercise or meditation – the Gold Energy Flows, which can be used for relaxation; enhancing receiving; and youthening the body. A couple of years ago, the Energy Flows developed into the Youthful You 21 Days Activations, which led to the creation of the Youthful Body Class telecall series.

For the past 7 years, I have also been the the World Wide Coordinator for Happy Mouth™ Generative  Energetic Dentistry. I live in Brisbane, Australia and I (usually) travel to hold classes all over the world. We’ve adapted to online streaming now!
